1. Refund Request Period
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of service initiation. If 14 days have passed since the service was provided, we are unable to offer a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, the service must be unused or not performed. If the service has already been completed or partially delivered, it may not be eligible for a refund.
- Customized services or solutions are generally non-refundable unless there is a direct failure to meet the terms agreed upon in the contract.
3. Refund Request Process

- Provide a clear explanation of your issue and request. Our team will evaluate the request and determine if a refund is warranted.
4. Refund Method
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Unpaid Invoices
- All invoices must be paid within 30 days from the issuance date. If payment is not received within 30 days, a late fee may be applied, and the account may be referred to a collection agency for further action.
6. Exceptions to Refunds
- Customized solutions, services that have already been performed, or digital products that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.
- Any service that does not meet the specified terms or conditions mentioned in the agreement may not be eligible for a refund.
